Publishing is the life blood of internet marketing. I
discovered this when I WROTE A Little 37
Page book called Modern Day Flea Marketing-Fun and
Money tips that Could Make You Rich. Why did
I choose such a title? I choose this title because I was
fond of watching other people working
at their booths at flea Markets and making money on
everything from A to Z.

They were selling old items, used items, new items and Plain junk. Other
people were selling food and beverages such as Hot
dogs, burgers, sausages, fries and pickles. Most markets
are open only on weekends- Saturday
and Sunday-which are high volume traffic days. Most
booth operators/dealers are very friendly and
like to talk. They are open information sources for
anyone that will listen- I listened. As a results,
I collected A lot of insider information for my book from
the conversations that I had with them.

The group as a whole is a like-minded community. On the
other hand, however, things can go sour and
get very ugly at some of these flea market week-end
events.
Here is the greatest part of this story. First I observed
the market place. Next I got to know a
lot of the owners, dealers, and booth operators. One day
I got laid off of my job. I Looked for A
long time and could not find one. My bills piled up. My
car got repossessed.
My mortgage got behind for four or five months and my
home was going into foreclosure in a week or two.
I became depressed. I remember the morning that I had
to push myself very hard to get out of bed. It
was a raining , cold and dreary morning. I felt confused,
worthless and in despair. it was hard lying
their trying to justify my reason to get to face another
uncertain difficult day with no money in my
pocket and had borrowed way over my limited from
family and friends.
Eventually, I got out of bed and started thinking back
and forth. I though about how and what could
I do to get myself out of this awful place. i sat down at
my desk and looked around and the thought hit
me like a ton of bricks. I remembered all those
conversations that i had had with Flea Market Owners
and literally had seen them counting thousands of dollars
when i would sometime go in their office to pay
my booth rent.

This is what I said to myself next – I can do this. I am
going to open up a flea Market of my own. Then
I though about where and how am I going to do this. I
don’t have any money to lease a bulding or to
lease a lot for my market. Then I though for a second or
two. I can write up a partnership proposal
and submit it to every land lord in the seven city area of
the location in which I live.
Here is the amazing part of my story. I written a one and
a half page partnership proposal in about 1-1/2
hours on the same morning of my deep and dark despair.
Next I went to the copy place and made about 100
copies to start distributing to everyone that owned some
property or a lot that might suit the purpose I
would need for my market. I got my copies and got back
in the car, sat down behind the wheel and became
nullified, when I asked myself where and who I am I
going to start with. I took a deep breath and regain
my composure and just started driving down the road. I
told myself that now that I am out here I have to
keep going at any cost. I drove on down the road and
came to a big building with a large paved parking
lot. I GRABED ONE OF MY PROPOSALS OFF the front seat
after I had parked and went inside to talk to the owner.
I told him what my game plan was and he agreed to it on
the spot. When I walked out the door I breathes a big
sigh of relief and headed to city hall to get my business
license. The Following week-end I open I made over
$2500.00. On the week-ends after, I made enough to
pay off all of my bills. This experience served me so well
that I wrote my first book on the subject and
subsequently became a publisher of many about my
other experiences in my life so that others may learn about to
help them to overcome challenges that they face
in their lives.

Well what if I told you that what ever misfortunes , poverty, strife or hardships that you bring to the table can be eliminated in a matter of days if you have the right mindset. I been there. I been to rock bottom. I mean down low, low, like past the basement down and out. I Ran out of all resources in the extreme 100 degree summer temperature. The city turned my water off. I remember this moment very well and know just what it feel like because i was washing my face , when the water gushed out of the faucet and all of a sudden it stopped completely. About two weeks later, I was setting at my computer, early in the morning, when the monitor flashed and went out and it made a loud popping sound. I though that a fuse had blown. I was on my way to check the circuit breaker box, when i heard a noise out back that got my attention and I looked out the window and saw the electric company man putting the meeter in his work truck that he had just taken off the side of my house. That was two blows up side my head that I could not stop from happening. At that moment in time I was to hurting, down and out, felt very stupid and ashamed of myself for having this to happen to me. A week later, I needed to make a phone call to try to check on another desperate situation. I pick up the phone and dialed the number of the person i was trying to reach and the call went directly to the phone company- a recorded message said -This phone has been disconnected. If you are the holder of this phone please call the phone company. I was floored, Here I was now, with no water, no electric power, and no phone- When you are there , you are there. I was there.
People tend to say A lot of things and ask you a lot of questions, when your life get turned upside down. And if you could work magic ,this would certainly be one of those times that you would pull the wand out and do a few tricks.
The answer to the fixing and correcting of all these problems is that Thoughts and wants in itself don’t fix, correct or make anything happen-Action does.

Our combined efforts could change many lives across the world by helping one person at a time to see the light and commit to raising themselves up by their own bootstraps and with just a little input and encouragement from a mentor.
In trying to offer some compassion, grace, mercy and assistance to those around us and lest fortionate than we are, we will inhance our own resources and strengths and attrack more abundance into our own lives which will causse all tides to rise up in level, worth and value.

Been hit up side the head by life’s blows and Knocked off your Pedistle or balance and you don’t know which way to turn or where to go. I can tell you what happened to me before I found my way. But First of all, if you have a weak stomach, you should leave this page now. When I was unable to Pay my Alimony,
the system threw me in jail. My first time ever there. When the judge looked at me and when the deputy moved in closer to my seat and the judge looked down as he was speaking, I am giving you 30 days in jail. I felt worthless, disappointed, angry and isolated, hopeless and lonely. During the process intake routine time when the behind the scenes deputies and intake processors ask you to face the wall, take off your belt, empty your wallet, and take all your possessions and drop them into a bag is ugly. Then they pat you down and cuff your anchors and risk. Then they put you in a very, very small waiting cell where they keep you until they transport you to the Main jail. When you are in this small waiting and holding cell, time appears to stop, isolation and loneliness sets in. Your mind start revealing the reality of where you really are and you realizes that you are locked down and locked up at the same time.
Your mind, your body, your toughs, your spirit and soul all become aware of their present restraint and is countered by your conscious circumstances and surroundings. The ongoing reminder of where you actually are and what you can not do under this condition is always present. This is where one realizes the precious and most cherish value that freedom brings into the expressions, activities and mobility without restraints or limitations is priceless.

I NEVER STOP BELIEVING…Neither should you . The main thing is that you have to override the bad, evil and ugly parts of the things that has happened to you in the past and look to and focus on a brighter future for which you want to create for yourself and the love ones in your life.
Never spend to much time on the negative aspects of your life or the circumstances that present them. Your number one goal should be to block those thoughts from your mind and focus what pumps you up and make you feel like the special person that you really are on the inside.
Yes I have been in some very difficult situation and have seen very hard times come to me and I THOUGHT FOR THE MOMENT MANY TIMES THAT THEY WOULD OVERRIDE ME AND TAKE ME DOWN AND OUT. But I never stop believing.
What got me through all this was believing in a power that is much bigger and more powerful than I will ever be. And the other important part is to continue moving forward and taking the necessary actions to propel you forward.
1.) Out of desperation written a 1-1/2 page proposal and presented it a private party that netted me over $5,000 in 14-days.
2.) Written a How to and self help book about what I was doing and self published it and sold over 700 copies.
3.) Started a Radio talk show and the first ad I sold was for $1,000.00
4.) Went on to Produced special even shows that brought in as much as $6,000.00 a week-end
5.) Created a Snack Food Product and was granted Registered patent and trade Mark label which is in the United States library of congress, Washington, DC.
6.) Have been reviewed on TV, radio, BY news paper, BY Educational Universities and Online Media networks.
7.) Been guess speaker for local universities
8.) Started up and ran over 25 or more business.
9.) Has studied at 3-or more higher education centers throughout America.
10.) Has worked in design engineering in nuclear field with Westinghouse Corp.
11.) Tough and trained navel personnel students on week-ends.
12.) Tough at the Virginia Institute of technology
13.) Was written up as Who is Who in America
14.) Started Electronics training School and tough students who were immediately promoted and got raises on their jobs.
